Sunnybrook Dentistry & Braces

Staff on Dental side is extremely rude. Has people on our account that are NOT in our family & insists we are wrong about who we have in our family. After having appointments canceled (not by us) and rescheduled 3 different times. We finally were able to sit in waiting room only to be given new patient paperwork AGAIN that had pretyped information that was 100% not accurate. Takes our 2 children in back, separates them after being specifically told one has anxiety & tells us no one is allowed in with them. Our youngest comes out very distraught & can't articulate what has happened. Staff tells us, "he's a crybaby and needs to get over it". We requested our records to go to new dentist tgat day. SB Gives out records that do not belong to us when asked to forward our records to new dentist. Lied to our insurance company about what we paid in office!! They also lied about what work they did to our child. Save ALL receipts!!! Took my children to another dentist GULF COAST DENTAL CARE OF BILOXI on executive plaza (not far from sunnybrook) and was allowed to go in with my child that SB traumatized. The new dentist is actually on military insurance network & sheriff department insurance, (but wasn't listed online that way) . Gulf coast dental care staff is friendly & is helping our child to get over the trauma caused by SB!!!

Had a 10 an appointment. Waited over an hour in the waiting room and told them I needed to reschedule! No one seemed to have any care or concern about the issue of waiting that longer or having to reschedule to a later date and post pone getting my sons dental work done.

Dont bother even making an appointment they never get you in its pointless. You should have to wait an hour past your appointment time to be seen and to top it off when you ask how much longer and they say your next but take someone else back instead

This person damaged my son's lip, it was a cavity and I had to take him to the doctor in an emergency because of the condition and the primary doctor was rather scared to see the severity.

My braces were ready to be taken off in August of 2023 and it is currently February 2024. I couldn't get anyone on the phone for months therefore I couldn't make an appointment. The only way I could make an appointment was to drive there and I live 45 minutes away. By the time I saw the orthodontist, my braces had to be retightened and had to delay getting them off again. I then finally got my impressions done for retainers. They told me to wait 2-3 weeks for them to come in and they would call me. 3 weeks go by. No phone call. I call them and they inform me my impressions were messed up and needed to come in to redo them. No one notified me. Extremely aggravated. I also had my wisdom teeth pulled here. Big big mistake. The surgeon did not sound like he knew what he was talking and just wrote prescriptions for medications he knew were impossible to get at the time. I was back there for over 2 hours to wisdom teeth removal that usually only takes 30-45 minutes. Do not go here.
