Yesterday was so terrible young lady was so so disrespect & terrible Attitude Being paying both of my bill's here over 7 years never had a problem until yesterday. Ask her to reboot my phone she just told me NO couldn't pay my bill saying I wasn't on the account but that's a lie called an ask AT&T On the phone they told me twice that I was on the account her supervisor told her I couldn't pay my bill had to pay over the phone. But reminds you just paid my same bill's last month in Batesville Ms, Store That young lady has a smart mouth

The worst experience ever in a phone store. I was going to change to AT&T from Verizon, but after trying to talk to the young man and older woman, I was ready to leave. They acted as though they did not want my business.

The entire customer services representative was very welcoming as I entered the door, and wasn't hesitant to see what I was in need of. The young man Travers S. became my representative, who delivered great customer service, especially with great details of every device I asked about before making the final decision about the product I was most interested in purchasing. His energy stood out to me with a positive impact on the rest of my day.

Our service was exceptional. I really enjoy coming here for prompt, accurate and reliable service. The only issue is that it is 90 degrees because the air unit is broken and the little air-conditioning that they supplied for the employees are to small to cool the building. It's an atrocity that Fion and Chelsea have to work in these heated conditions in Mississippi. Please help the workers and customers by getting the air fixed. It's 2023 and At&t is not a broke company. This should not be an issue. I come here often and I hope its fixed by the next time I stop by!
