Iv been through alot with this I phone problem ! I called the apple customer service and the lady explained that she thought it was a carrier problem so I came to the att store in D'Iberville and the lady here Taylor H was more than competent, caring, patient and kind . She was exceptionally professional as well ! This store is more than blessed to have her as an employee.

Had an amazing experience with AT&T more specifically an amazing employee.. Jared Carter stayed 3 hours after his shift ended to help us figure out our phone situation! He went above and beyond. He was extremely charismatic, patient, and funny. He definitely deserves a raise. He started our AT&T experience off with a very positive note. He will be my go to person when it comes to AT&T. GIVE HIM A RAISE AT&T!!
