The Bicycle Medic (by appointment only)

I brought my ebike/emoped to Chad to replace damaged rear disk brakes. I am relatively mechanically inclined and would typically do this type of repair myself, short on time this spring, I decided to drop it off for the repair. Not only did Chad do a great job fixing it, he explained to me the process and tooling required to disassemble and re-assemble the parts. His knowledge and willingness to thoroughly explain the process were exactly what I was looking for, the type of service you just cant get from a big box store. I am confident I will be back to the bicycle medic in the future! Oh and did I mention, guaranteed the work! Awesome experience.

I went to the bicycle medic with a brand new ebike that was delivered with warped disc brake rotors. Chad was phenomenal with his service, punctuality, honesty and demeanor. Truly enjoyed the interaction and follow up. Highly recommended. I know that I will certainly return to the bicycle medic for any future bike repairs!

Chad was super helpful and did great work! We recently purchased some RadRunner 2 electric bikes and wanted someone to look through the bikes to make sure everything was up to snuff. Chad had our bikes done in less than a week, kept us up to date through the whole process and charged a very fair price!
