        Staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Buying process was very easy. Appreciate that they take the time to go ver the bike in detail before it leaves the store and the adjustments that were made to accommodate the size of the rider.

        Great experience! Our sales associate was very helpful at explaining the proper bike sizes for my kids and guided us through all of their new and used options. We walked out with exactly the two bikes my kids wanted!

        We were previously ignored at one of your competitors. We walked into Eriks and were immediately, warmly greeted. I explained that we were not your higher end customer and just had questions. The associate immediately said, thats awesome we are glad you came to see us and promptly assisted us. We were on the fence about buying that day but the associate was so Impressive, patient, and kind that we decided we wanted to purchase from him. I feel awful I cant recall his name but he should be known as the example for what you should want for your store
