PJs campus apartments has been the best first renting experience! Ed and his team were very nice and welcoming towards me when I was first looking for an apartment. PJs is one of the best renters to have in Winona. Ed is very careful about going over the lease and making sure that you understand the whole thing. The apartments are very nice and well kept. I would highly recommend renting through PJs campus apartments!

Pjs is amazing!! I love how Ed took the time to go over the lease and made sure we'll all fully understood what we were getting ourselves into! He is always there and willing to help if things in the apartment aren't going as they should! I appreciate him and the group and all they do so much! If you are looking for affordable, clean, newly renovated, and amazing landlords in Winona PJ campus apartments is the way to go!

I have been a tenant at PJs for the past 2 years and have no regrets to resigning the lease each year. There are so many advantages that come with living here: it is just a 2 minute walk to campus, all appliances in my apartment are always working properly, landlord communicates efficiently and gets back to you very quickly on any questions/concerns, etc.

I've had a very positive experience, the apartments are super nice and the Landlord is amazing! Very student friendly and safe, I would highly recommend looking into renting from PJ's if you are searching for a nice place to live!

I will now be renting with Edward for 4 years so I thought it was only appropriate to update my review. All I will say is I have stayed so long for a reason. Not only are the apartments incredibly nice and up to date but the Pj's team is also unbelievable which is so important for me! I can't give them enough kudos! I will miss such reliable living after I graduate. Props to Pj"s!
