Grover Properties

Although we did not end up renting through them, Kent was very helpful and punctual replying to my questions. He made a point to reach out to me with rentals that could possibly fit our criteria. I wish we could have found a place, but I would recommend renting with Grover!

I have never had nor heard of more attentive landlords. If any issues arise on the property they are there by the next day to fix them. Not only are they extremely helpful with issues we have but they go above and beyond with the house maintenance. Just this year we had our kitchen remodeled, house and deck repainted and our garage door was completely replaced.

Great landlords! My roommates and I have rented with them for one year and were able to resign on our house for next year as well. All repairs needed were attended to quickly, most times the next day. Affordable rent and my roommates and I have a cat for no extra charge which is not common among student landlords in Winona. Great experience, would recommend to anyone!!
