        As a late entrant into the martial arts world I have found this to be very beneficial physically. I lost weight and increased the flexibility I lost from years of sitting at a desk. I have also observed how this organization has helped the kids. I watched as they learned discipline, control, confidence, leadership and a sense of community. Highly recommended!!

        Friendly, wonderful people who really care about kids and their families. My son trained twice a week for 8 years from the age of 6. Sensei Speck and his team helped to make him into the strong, confident person he is today. I highly recommend the Genbu-Kai dojo.
