Flow Jiu-Jitsu

Flow Jiu-Jitsu is a nice BJJ school in Winona. Noah is the head instructor and a very helpful coach. He's knowledgeable and passionate about Jiu Jitsu being an active competitor and constantly studies it. The gym he runs is welcoming to new people and in a nice location in Winona.

Noah and Robert at Flow Jiu-Jitsu are awesome! Noah --the owner -- is knowledge, enthusiastic, and humble, despite he ranks top in the world in competitions. He has a caring personality and takes the time to meet each student where they're at. I've been going for more than a year and love it! As a woman, I feel more empowered and confident in my ability to defend myself. Plus, it's fun!

The owner is a world champion, and the best mix of what it takes to be a real mentor and coach. who is humble, strong, determined, disciplined, fun, and caring, it's no surprise these are also the kind of students that train here, everyone in this building is always more then happy to share what they know

When you fail, train, then succeed and are taught that nothing is given but everything MUST be earned? That is what Flow-Jiu-jitsu is about! Some see it as a gym, I see it as a home. My teammates are my extended family. That is what it is like when you are a newcomer and are welcomed to come learn the art and be vulnerable. Who knows, maybe you can become a world champion! Great Coaches and a great facility!!!
