Rise & Shine sent, hands down, the best technician on the planet. Keegan was personable, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful. Not only did he remain patient with me when I needed to tend to my child, but he was very knowledgeable and offered some no-pressure solutions to any potential future problems, including pricing and honest opinions about what's best. He offered me great tips on how to maintain my garage door, and also how to improve its effectiveness and lifetime. Keegan cares about his work, and if my experience with him is a reflection on all of the workers at Rise & Shine, I'd give 6 stars if I could. Rise & Shine was the company that replaced my old garage door before they changed their name, and that was also a great experience - same day installation. I know some of this review sounds over-the-top. But really - fantastic work and I have no reason to look anywhere else when it comes to my garage door, they've got me covered.

I had a terrible experience with the corporate office here in August 2022 yelling at the tech in front of me. I went with another company but had an emergency today that required repair and this was the only company with openings. I was pleasantly surprised by Jordy. He was professional, knowledgeable, and did a thorough job. I am very impressed with his visit and will consider future work with this company solely due to my experience with him.
