        Amerigas is by far the worst experience I have ever had!! Even worse than AOL of the 1990's. I have been over-charged now by over $500 and so far have 5 hours invested in trying to communicate by telephone and by letter. I work internationally and still can not understand Amerigas's call center people and nothing gets resolved...ever!!! There is absolutely NOTHING American about Amerigas. Call local propane companies and when you get a human being after the first ring, use them. Lots of amazing local businesses still in the Walker area.

        What has happened to customer service at AmeriGas? No longer that local company that was easy to do business with and get answers. Now talking to someone from who knows where. It took 3 attempts this morning before I finally got someone that was somewhat helpful. It may be time to take my business elsewhere.
