Rented a uhaul trailer here and the staff working was super rude. It seemed as though us picking up a trailer was an inconvenience. I was the driver on the contract & planned to drive our vehicle with the trailer hooked up. The woman helping us very rudely spoke to us about my partner back our truck up to the trailer hitch - even though I was then driving it off the lot & driving the remainder of the time the trailer was attached.
Just rude people - wasnt a fan and wont be back.

Great service! Location is nice and the trailers are in good shape. The gentleman at the store even hooked up the trailer for me, which was very nice of him. Definitely coming back here for my next move!

Place was great and the staff were super helpful. Even though I already had my own tow bar and light connector, the guy there came out to make sure everything worked and I was all set to go. The location layout is odd but they make the best of it and I had no problems getting my trailer or returning it. It was a super easy, painless process. Very happy overall! And the price was great!

Shay is the best man for the job at installing trailer hitches. He knows what he is doing and they actually lowered the estimate I initially received. Marcus, the hitch estimator knows his stuff. I will never go anywhere else.
Shay determined that it was too rusty to do it safely. He said somebody else could weld something on but it wouldnt be as secure. THAT is what I like in a service center.

Bauers was quick, affordable and friendly for getting my bike hitch installed. Took a minute to make the appointment and was very satisfied. Before I scheduled with Bauers, I tried to schedule with UHaul in Plymouth, but UHaul has this really clunky reservation system. Each time I called Id be on the phone for 15-20 minutes. Crazy! Bauers was SO much better and price was comparable. Highly recommend!
