Lennar used this company in our new house and after 4 years the number of plumbing issues from poor quality installation is ridiculous. Also, their service department is snarky and unprofessional.

Had an emergency where my heating went out. There was no word from them for an hour when their voicemail says 30 minutes. Will update if there is a resolution. 1/16/14-Update: a month later I have another issue with my furnace where it stopped working. I called at 10pm to have the after hours team fix it, and have heard nothing for 8 hours. Its -5 degrees outside. Please rethink ever using this company or even buying a Lennar home, since its clear they dont care about their customers.

Please ask them the price before they come out to fix. I just paid $600 for 30 minutes work that requires only cleaning up the condenser pipe line. They didnt even replace anything. I know it can be expensive when they come over to fix something on the weekend. On the phone the guy told me about $350 for the work but I ended up paying $600. I didnt expect to pay this much. Wow!!! Please shop around before reaching out to them. I learned the worst way.
