Absolutely nonsense, This is new build home , Hire this company to take care code on the commercial IBC boiler it wasnt heat up the hot water , someone turn off gas valve during doing exterior siding Tech arrived and tried to fix heat pump instead of boiler, heat pump at that time was in process of installation , Tech left a bill for $135 and said need electrician and install circuit Tried to talk to office explain the issue, talk to same lady at the office she not even let me speak or listening me what I was trying to explain , absolutely rude office people making a huge deal out of 130 bucks and wont listen the problem I tried to explain , customer service is absolutely 0 tech tried to do something hasnt been asked , Seems like bunch of idiots dealing with Stay away from this company
