There was a bit of a mix up with an online order I did for in store pick up and the crew at this location were very helpful and professional fixing the problem. Great service and friendly staff!

Every instance I've come to this location (4 times) , my customer service always comes with a side of micro-agressions. I bought my first pair fall 2020 and had a staff member who was quite helpful but was definitely the only one who even acknowledged my friend and I when we walked in. Unfortunately, the seams started ripping like a week after so I took them back in because I knew they did repairs and talked to who I assume is the manager who told them without even letting my finish my request that I had to wash them first before any repairs. Honest mistake on my part so I took them back, washed them and brought them back. I happened to have run into the initial staff member who sold them to me. She was really shocked the seams were coming off after a week and just exchanged them for me instead of repairing the, which was super nice of her. I hadn't had a reason to come back to store until summer 2021 when I noticed some of the seams were unwinding and coming off. So I went in with my fully washed leggings to submit a repair request but it was the lady, I assume is the manager, who I encountered when I attempted to get my first pair repaired. She told me they weren't doing repairs anymore, which is fine if that's the new company policy, but I found our conversation to be very odd. She didn't ask to see them because they're not falling apart of the seams so I wasn't even sure if I could get them repaired and when I probed further about the new changes, she just stuttered her answer and asked another staff member who was barely paying attention and also wasn't sure. It was a very confusing conversation with no very little care or effort. I understand the confusion if its a super new policy but the whole conversation was a quite dismissive and it seemed like she just wanted me out to tend to the zero customers who were in there. I'm going to try another location because at this point I'm invested in getting this resolved and I have a strong feeling I'll have a much more pleasant experience elsewhere. Also if that is the manager, then she's obviously creating the unwelcome environment that I felt and the Pilates instructor below felt. Looking at their history, its not really shocking to have this occur at Lululemon and honestly I should have never even bought them but too late for that.
