        I have worked with Scandia Shores for about a year now and they are a great independent living community! They have a great team in place that cares about their residents. I am always treated with respect and professionalism whenever I am at their community. I would highly recommend this community for someone considering independent living.

        This is a fantastic community in the beautiful city of Shoreview. Scandia Shores is charming is so many different ways, and it's the perfect place for anyone considering independent living to call home. The landscaping is gorgeous, the food is incredible, and the culture at Scandia Shores is something unique. The apartments are spacious and offer a great amount of natural light and a modern feel. There is also a garage, wood shop, billiards room, library, and recreation room for use. I highly recommend Scandia Shores!
