Mike and Tim did an AMAZING job with this project. Between calling for a first estimate and having a completely finished garage, it took less than 2 months. Seamless process, fast and professional. I will be using Sussel Garages again and again!!

Overall very pleased with the communication, level of service, and final product working with Sussel on our garage project. Working through design and pricing with Rob was very easy compared to other builders I've worked with. The project timeline was clearly communicated and they were able meet their deadlines pretty well. Tom was a great project manager and was very responsive to minor change orders and getting punch-list items completed at the end of the project. Pricing was perhaps on the high side, but the good communication, adherence to timelines, and high quality work were worth the price. One minor quibble - at the service door, we ended up needing 1 step down into the garage due to the slope of our yard, but this was not in the original design (which called for the slab to be level with the yard). Adding the step was probably unavoidable, but it didn't come up until the slab was already poured. Had we know this during design, we may have made some adjustments to service door placement, etc. Again, this is minor. Overall very pleased and would recommend Sussel

There is a reason they have been in business for as long as they have. Good customer service, competitive prices, and it was a quick build. There was one issue with the project that was quickly resolved professionally, and I appreciated that. I would recommend them. 5/5

It was a pleasure working with Sussel from start to finish. Rob had good suggestions during the initial site visit, pointing out a number of things to consider with regard to placement and design of the structure. Sussel staff helped guide us through the permitting phase and were available for questions that came up during construction. Subcontractors were courteous and professional. Terms for bilking and payment were clear. We would work with Sussel again and have already recommend them to friends who are considering a new garage.
