there are no customer service numbers that work. they are unable to collect debts and have multitudes of lawsuits against them. they are unprofessional. i gave them several accounts and then turned around and sued them for not following our contract. but even now they have no working number

When I was turning 22, I had to go to the dentist as my insurance was ending on my birthday. That was 3 years ago. Ive had a collections bill sitting on my credit for over 3 years after my father and I both gave this company my insurance to cover this back in 2019. Here it is 2022: Im trying to get a car and an apartment because I just graduated from college and my credit goes down 100 points because I C System took the insurance information and NEVER ran it 2 years ago. So Ive been sitting here for almost 4 years now thinking this has been taken care of, but I still have a balance and theyve been destroying my credit without so much as a notice but now they want to call me every day to collect on it when it was their error in the first place. You people are absolutely horrible. Response to IC System: I will not give you people another call to waste my time! The last time I called you people, youre employees hung up on me and cut me off. Fix your company first before trying to speak with me! Your employees are rude and Im done. Clear my account. Thats it. Period.

I don't know the reference number because I am just using my sister's address for mail I work over the road I don't know what this letter is but I'd appreciate it if someone could give me an email or phone number to fix this

I called to pay a debt I owe and they were going to charge me 22.00 to use my debit card. Are you serious?! Get real.
