        I've been trying to call and make a payment for 3 weeks and the phones aren't even ringing. It just answers after 2 seconds with no ring and just sits in silence. Nobody on the other side. This happened to me before and then it was reported i wasnt making payments and put my loan in default. I cannot find an email to send a message to or else I'd send one. This place is ridiculous and frustrating. Very poor. 0/5 stars

        Paid off my student loan with them . they said I over paid. They sent me a refund check . a month later my credit score dropped 40 points. They sent me too much n put my loan back into default . now they won't answer the phones
