LaMere Cycles - Showroom Is Open, Service Is by Appointment Only

Super friendly if you're buying something, but good luck if you want to return something. They don't honor their return policy. They duck and evade you for months, have your reviews removed somehow from Google, so this is the second time I am leaving feedback. After nearly 6 months of calling and emailing I still have not received my refund in accordance with their return policy. "Best return policy in the industry! Return any items for anytime at any reason, we want you to be 100% happy." Verbatim from my receipt. All lies. I'm 0% happy, guys. 0%.

Emailed twice and called twice looking for a rear wheel axle cover replacement for a lamere frame that popped off at the bike park. Finally got ahold of JP who stated he was "looking at a copy of the email response" that was sent to me (there wasn't) and that he couldn't help me. He didn't take the time to assist but the email "bit" is what really disappointed me. Not impressed with service support.

Liam is a star manager and he took great care in fixing my bike tires. He did an absolutely fantastic job and he played great music while working efficiently. Top notch service!
