        My bike was not ready due to a communication issue, but was finished within a few hours. One note is that the text communication method did not work well. So I am dissatisfied with that aspect. The service technician was great.

        I recently swapped my out my commuter road tires. I first attempted at home, I typically try to DIY as much as I can. After hours of struggling on my own I knew I needed to go to my LBS. The service team at Eriks SLP was able to get this stubborn tire to correctly seat, and I know it took a lot of effort. Their team took care of my rims, and even removed my disk breaks to avoid contamination. Once I got home I attached my wheel and took it for a spin, felt great! I have always had a great experience at the SLP Eriks shop as they are all friendly, experienced, and honest. I have been to other Minneapolis shops (Angry Catfish, Farmstead, and Tangletown) and always find the SLP Eriks matches and exceeds the service I have received from those shops.
