They do not care about communication with their patients. Everyone there seems to hate working there and take it out by being snarky to their patients. They can never email anything or have forms to print out on their websites. Also they do not give you information about what condition you have, how you should choose your glasses, that you will be making a separate trip for education. By far the worse customer service I have experience when it comes to their employees.

Would not recommend. It took 2 months to get in to be seen, then another 2 hours to talk to the doctor (past my appointment time). Reception and the first nurse were good. The Dr not so much. He was condescending and told me to try to forget the pain in my eye and vision loss. "You're getting older you know"...What?! I was referred there to get an ultrasound and help me figure out my loss of vision in 1 eye. I don't think that ultrasound even happened, I don't know what tools they even used on me there was not much communication and I was just rushed though like an annoyance. I'm sure they will gladly take my money after wasting my time. I will not go back here.

I saw two doctors here the last Friday in January after my regular doctor was not available. The OD was concerned enough to ask the MD to come in to look at my right eye. Dr. Lucius knew I needed to see a retinal specialist right away. He knew I would possibly need to be seen over the weekend. After calling two retinal specialists, he recommended one that followed up on Saturday and Sunday as well. I ended up hospitalized with a severe eye infection and U of M doctors saved me from a detached retina. Although St. Cloud Eye doctors couldnt handle my special case, they knew enough to get me the help I needed immediately. I plan on returning here for eye care when my vision returns. My family is also planning to use St. Cloud Eye.

If you're black I forewarn you do not go to this place if you have a spouse that is black and you are white I for warn you do not go to this place at least don't see the white older male doctor if he figures out that you have anything to do with somebody black she's going to mess your eyes up cuz he just did that to my wife's
