        I have now had 2 bad experiences with crabby and RUDE employees on the phone... 1st was a very RUDE receptionist, and now today a very RUDE technician... They both seemed to be very unhappy with their job.. Not a good thing to take it out on their patients... I have an appointment coming up but if i get 1 more crabby rude employee on the phone or at an appt i will never go back and spread the word around. I have heard other people complain about the eye clinic also..

        My experience was amazing everyone that helped me prepare for cataract surgery were so wonderful Dr.Lucius was great. I'm so happy I now have 20/20 vision in my left eye I can see everything again .Thank you!
