        The staff at the Richfield TCF are fabulous. They try to help you with any and all matters possible. I made the mistake of going into the TCF/Cub location recently and was treated rudely by the very overweight (supposedly) branch manager. I will never go back there. I tried the Richfield branch - and it was light night and day difference. Keep doing what you’re doing Richfield. Your customer service is A number 1.

        The manager at this location her name is Victoria, She is the worst manager I ever spoke to she has no experience of management and she has an anger issue and she has it very low Skill when she answers the phone don’t know how to serve a customer. If she worked for me I will fire her in a seconds.
