        They need to hire enough employees and answer everyones needs , I drove from Minneapolis to over there and they told me to make an appointment and come back the next day . I went to the next BANK and boom I got help right away .

        Been pretty irritated that the drive thru has been out of order for weeks. Double irritated that the walk in vestibule atm was also broken, and triple irritated that a staff member just sat inside and watched me be defeated by this.

        Everyone I met was friendly and polite but my experience was horrible because everyone I talked to on the phone and at the branch told me differently and my account got locked for days because I tried to send money through Zelle to family. I just dont want to say much here but I hope everyone else has good experience when they go there.
