        As a first time home buyer, my wife and I were little confused on process and everything. Both Travis and Melissa spent adequate time explaining everything and showing homes to our interest. They have good knowledge of local area and are very easy to work with. In this crazy market we were able to lock the deal just in a month time, thanks to Travis and Melissa for negotiating price as well. Very satisfactory experience, many thanks!!

        I had a home in Centerville, Mn and was living in Mankato, Mn. When I was ready to sell, I contacted Travis Sabby by phone and he gave me a game plan on what we were going to do to get my house ready to sell. I had never met Travis in person and he was ready and willing to go the extra mile for me. He had contacts with contractors and got me a real nice prices and quality work to get the inside painted upstairs and downstairs. Then the carpet was replaced and a tile job in the upstairs bathroom. It looked great. My house sold the very first day it was listed, we had two offers both above our asking price. I was very satisfied with the professionalism Travis showed and the extra effort he put in. Thanks again Travis. I would recommend Travis to anyone I know that is selling or buying a house.

But, I do have a deep understanding of new construction and how it works and we did find some good catches that the builder needed to fix at that walk through!!
