This is the only company that I know of that pays you a bonus and if you leave within 90 days you will have to pay it all back. They should not do that. Horrible company practices, good co-workers, but just horrible management, this company has good potential but not with how things are running

One of the worst medical manufacturing location to work for. The leadership and management are incompetent, unhelpful, disrespectful, and biased. The training is poor and unorganized. This is why a lot of people come and go.

Its just so weird and disappointing how a big company doesnt even have enough seats at the lobby for guests and new hires to sit down.Imagine or expect standing for at least an hour in waiting for your idk supervisor or whatever.Its gets ugly like that,idk why theyre always trying to save on everything even the coffee machines need to be updated like the ones in Boston Scientific.Honestly i prefer Boston Scientific cus it treats people a lot better

I start 2019 is was so good and I like this place until 2021 I got fired. I change department and work at Optim extrusion room. The supervisor is so selfish, she will come in the room and make up any idea to make her happy. I Remember when I got hired from Abbott they said to me, do not be late 3mint but this supervisor she will give you any point for 1mint late. I don't know why Abbott still keep her as a supervisor, is making this place turn bad working place ever. Stay way from this room if you don't want any bad waste life time working for her.OUT!!.
