poor management. I was a contract employee and noticed the favoritism and discrimination right away. This place is predominately Asian, and they all stick together so if you are not one of them, good luck. I was lied on by my supervisor KC he lied to the temp agency I am staffed through and said I walked off the job. I asked a lead how long I would be working on a particular machine because I expressed that I did not like my working area. I was told by the shift lead Mai See that I didn't have a choice and that she didn't care! When I removed myself from the area to reach out to the staffing agency I was lied on! I was still on the premises when I was notified that my contract was terminated due to walking off the job! When I reached out to KC to tell him what happened and to deny I walked off the job (it shows on timecard when I punched out), he never responded. Some people let a job title get to their head and they think that can handle you like a child or that you're less than. I have never been told from an employer that they didn't care. Everything happens for a reason. There are too many jobs out there that will treat you with the respect and dignity you deserve. I would not recommend this place at all!!!
