I was not thrilled with my experience using Rise and Shine. I requested service for an opener that was no longer working. The tech came out and did their 29 point inspection without really investigating the issue I called about. After the tech left, I received a copy of the inspection that noted the opener was in working condition when in fact the remote and opener did not work. I called Rise & Shine asking for clarity and compensation. They were very friendly about the issue but they would not refund the trip charge. Happy to say I got the opener replaced by another company in the metro that offered free estimates.

David from Rise and shine garage door did an extremely professional job tuning up my garage door. The inspection was thorough and meticulous. I highly recommend them for any garage door services.
