        I have visited this location mainly due to the location. I live a short walk away & can easily travel here. I just got a new phone because I was overdue for an upgrade. The Verizon technicians guided me through transferring all of my files to the new phone successfully. Each worker was very pleasant & put me at ease throughout the transactions. I am very glad they informed me about a pair of wireless ear buds because they are the BEST headphones I've ever used! Highly recommended for great deals & tremendous assistance in the mobile phone dimension!

        Upgraded from 2* Representative did not clearly explain the promotions I was eligible for as I had asked when purchasing a new phone. He did not detail the final cost of the device in a way where I would have noticed I was overpaying. Update: Support on myVerizon said that my bill will reflect a discount in 1-2 billing cycles. (They may have applied it just now or it was applied all along and was just never explained).
