Pretty shady staff. Tried to upsell us on an unlimited plan when we just wanted a new phone. We went to another store and got the help we needed. Never go here, they will try to scam you and their service is low.

Terrible customer service. I work on retail customer service and the guy who help me clearly has no knowledge of the Verizon Credo.... Neither how to help a customer. The moment he heard me with some problems and that I was a trouble shooting and that he was not going to get a sell from me, he quickly try to get me out of the door as soon as possible. I work on sales, I get it .... you work for commission but If a customer comes in the store asking for help is because they truly need help!!! I wouldnt wasted my gas, time, and on top of that paying for parking if I could it solve this over the phone. Next time treat all your customers with respect because you truly prove yourself as a salesperson with a troubleshooting instead of somebody walking in the doors asking for 10 phones. DISCOVER, next time! My issue could it been solve in less than 10 minutes but he chose not to help me and get me out of the door quickly by giving me customer service number .... I never have received such a bad customer service EVER. Very very disappointing to see how poorly this verizon location is. I know this kids name, but out of respect I wont mention his name. By reading other reviews I can clearly see he does the same with other customers.... I hope District Management sees this review.
