My experience was not very good and how the staff conversed with me when I ask questions on policy or I just decided ,I did not want to sign because the doctors time is more important than my time.
That upset me ,two of the employees got very sassy with so I just left.
It is really too bad , Im usually a loyal customer all I ask Respect for my time.

Dr Andrew and his staff are great! My kids and I have always had excellent care at MDE. Dr Andrew is very awesome and so patient with my child that has sensory difficulties. Highly recommend!

My family has had an amazing experience at Marshall Dental Excellence! Our dental and orthodontic care has been great! We rarely need to wait to go in for our appointment to begin, communication is phenomenal, staff is personable, and we feel comfortable. I have personally worked in another dental office and am blown away by the amount of respect and kindness Dr. Andrew Frerich and his staff show one another. They are great with our children and even sent a gift when our son was born. I highly recommend this dental office for your family!
