The dentist is highly professional and competent.
However, the hygienist provided substandard care that was accompanied by a major attitude. She stated I had advanced gum disease and tried to charge $284 for a scaling treatment. Then, she made a big production of consulting with the dentist to continue my cleaning since I declined to pay that amount on the spot. She didn’t even attempt to run insurance.
I went to another office a week later for an exam, and the dentist found no issues with my gum tissue or health.
This experience caused me to never return to this practice.

I'm not sure how they are getting 5 Star rating. The hygienist I had was crabby you know what and the Dentist on a follow up visit was a total jerk. One more chance maybe then I'm looking for a new dentist.

Very friendly staff. I really liked that when I made an appointment I was able to get in very quickly. Dr. D will help you with a treatment plan that fits in your budget.

Like so many, I have a fear of dentists! I called when I had an unfortunate dental emergency and they saw me Monday morning at 8:00 am. I had never been there before. Now I will never go anywhere else! Such a wonderful experience I have had! Cannot recommend enough! They do not make you feel bad or less than a person no matter what shape your teeth are in. In fact, Dr D and his entire staff will do everything possible to make you feel as comfortable as they can. Call! You won't regret it!

I was calling around town to see what dental place would take my particular health insurance. I talked to Jessica (I hope that was her name!) She was super, super friendly, not over the top either you get from like a telemarketer, for instance. She was incredibly informative, and seemed genuinely sympathetic when I told her I had a bad tooth. I can't rate the dental work, but the receptionist area of this establishment is bar none, one of the best I've experienced!
