Don't use Footprints if you want your job done to code. We contracted with them to replace what should be a very routine tub/shower surround. Basic tile project. Project went so poorly I ended up cancelling and receiving most of my deposit back. If I could give 0 stars I would. List of items done incorrectly: - Incorrectly installed backer board. - backerboard was installed with sheetrock screws, which are neither strong enough or waterproof. - backerboards were not joined with fiber tape and mortar. Unacceptably large gaps between backer boards. - no waterproofing was done. (Joints weren't sealed, backerboard not sealed against tub, no waterproof membrane applied to backerboards until I asked - even then it was done incorrectly) - attempted to use tile adhesive (mastic) rather than thinset to set tile. Tile adhesive is NOT waterproof, and takes AGES to dry. Tiles would have been falling off in no time. The entire reason I hired a contractor is because I wanted it done right and this was outside of my DIY expertise. Well, I can certainly DIY this better on my own. I suspect that Footprints is just a glorified sub-contracting business - so will probably have wildly varied quality. Given this displayed quality I will never recommend them to anyone, and will actively share my bad experience. Service: Tile work installation

We are so happy with the work that Hayden from Footprints and his crew did installing beautiful new wood floors throughout our living room, dining room and bedroom. So easy and positive to work with, upfront and honest and communication was outstanding before ,during and after the project was completed. We would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone with a similar project!! Service: Install flooring

Hayden was great to work with! He was able to get a multiple room recording studio flooring install done quickly and it turned out great. He is great with communication and follow through. Carson did an amazing job coordinating the backsplash in our newly remodeled kitchen. Great communication and super professional. Miguels installation is beautiful. He worked quickly and efficiently and was flexible in using our workshop (a bit of a trek through the condo). Very satisfied. Great work. Service: Tile work installation
