I like the people at the bank in Lakeville, Mn, but I have been slowly pulling my funds from the bank because the CD rates at Great Southern have not been keeping up with other banks. Wings Financial has just raised their 1 year rate to 5.4% and if Great Southern doesn't do anything about their rates I plan to take advantage of that.

To be honest, if this bank didn't hold my mortgage note, I wouldn't pick this as my primary bank. This bank branch is based in Atlanta and doesn't have full access to customer files so they have to call Atlanta with any outside the normal question. Thing is, this branch also has to call the regular customer line and wait and ...wait ...and ...wait like we all normally do when we call from home. Fortunately that's rare.Locally however, they are always friendly and willing to do what they can to answer a question when warranted.
