I wish Anchor never merged. This bank sucks. My paychecks i deposit dont get approved until the day after. Ok fine. But if i cash it on the weekend it stays pending until tuesday. Completely screwing me over for everything. Did they tell me this? No. They told me it takes a day to process. On top of this there is no after hours support, their app and online doesnt update for days on end. I absolutely can not stand this bank and I will be leaving it permanently after my paycheck stops pending .I am soooo tired of their bs.

I've been with Anchor Bank for roughly 10 years and I've never had any issues with them. Ever since they merged with Old National I have had nothing but issues. Each time I used my debit card with Anchor it would not only post right away but it would also say where it was used. Old National Bank does not do that. It shows up as a "pending transaction" for a few days. I check my account daily so having that information was helpful. I also loved the Anchor Advantage coverage of up to $300. If I over drafted for any reason the bank would cover up to $300 and charge me an over draft fee. Old National does not have that. If you want over draft protection they run your credit (for a line of credit) and then charge you $9.00 per over draft. I signed up for this option, was approved for up to $1,000 and 3 weeks later I have yet to hear back on signing any papers. Another issue I've had was manual entered overdraft fees. Had I not called the bank, they would have gotten two $38 fees from me. On a positive note they have worked with me on refunding those charges. I have also had issues with my debit card being declined even though there was money in the account.

I moved to Lakeville a few years ago and therefore switched to the Lakeville location for banking. I have been with Anchor Bank for 10+ years and have never had any issues. I was a little disappointed that they were merging to another bank. In March I opened a business account with Anchor Bank to find out weeks later they were merging to Old National. I was informed that my personal checking account number would stay the same but my business account was changing to a different account number. I was a little frustrated due to just ordering business checks and setting up all my business info with my checking info. It wasn't the smoothest transition but any time I went in or called they were quick to help. Even offering a coupon to get new business checks for free. The website isn't my favorite but the app on my phone is great! They were even able to merge my business and personal on the app. Making deposits from my app (especially for the business) is great! Im happy with Old National Bank but the transition from Anchor to Old National was very confusing. Lots of emails and letters were mailed and I couldn't tell the difference between what was for my personal vs my business. Other than that its been great!
