        If I could give this zero stars I would. The management has unethical business practices and makes up policies that are not stated in orginal, legal documents. I had to break my lease early and was charged a fee that was 1. not stated in the lease agreement and 2. there was no lapse from the time I left to the new tenant. I also had found the new tenant myself- they did not! I would recommend renting/leasing elsewhere!

        It's not luxury living, but the apartments and neighborhood are amazing for the price. The landlord and property manager stay on top of any repairs, maintenance, and upkeep needed.
