These guys are the worst., do not rent from these guys. I have a buddy who has recently moved out and they are glad they did. I have another buddy who has been there for a while and wants to leave they don't care about anybody's safety. There is an individual who has a bad mental state and they wont do anything because he not a threat. How is screaming, hollering, banging on things also jiggling on peoples doors not a safety issue. They need to be investigated. God this place needs new owners. They don't care about your safety DO NOT RENT FROM this COMPANY

Terrible me and my family been living there for about 2 years Leigh minnis (another tent ) at the IL mount morris locations harassed me and my family consistently weve been told by other tenants she likes to be in people business so we tried our best to stay away. Allegiant property made (Leigh Minnis) a maintenance manager there so now she knew about all of our business now well she stole our dog while we werent home and now were looking into legal matters a police report was made and were taking it to court

This company is a joke....period! Don't waste your time here! I worked with Madisyn Haas here and was disappointed from day one. I was offered an apt and excitedly accepted to be told days later I was ineligible due to my age. I discussed this with Madisyn Haad and asked how this huge mistake was overlooked and received an attitude from her because of expressing my concerns. I was then offered another apt in Norwalk WI. Putting the past mistakes behind me I excitedly accepted the new offered apt and had to jump through hoops of paperwork.....paperwork that I already completed with this company! I was told all was good and I would receive a letter from the property manager at Norcrest Property in Norwalk to discuss intake. The letter never came. After emailing Madisyn Haas 6 times about said letter and why I didn't receive it yet she finally emailed me a PDF letter to notify me that I was "ineligible" once again for the 2nd property that I accepted. She will not respond for long periods and claim she was "in meetings all week." I have screenshots of every email to her and from her. Don't waste your time here folks! You will regret putting trust in this company and it's incompetent employees and managers! Update: I spoke with the manager "David" once. I expressed my concerns to him about what happened with my experience with Madisyn. I was told "I'll get back to you sir.". He never got back to me. So I called the office. Calls are answered by a employee that then transfers you to the proper person that you needed to speak with. They must of had caller ID as I feel they always knew it was me calling in. I called several times in a one week period and always got his voice mail. I left several messages and never got a return call...email...text....nothing. few days goes my and my phone rings. I answer and it's the property owner of the 2nd place. David the Manger decided it was better to "pass the buck" off to this woman who as nicely as possible said to me "We don't want to work with you anymore.". I mean this was a horrible enough of an experience to post this and come back update it as well. These ppl are evil. This was most likely a blessing in disguise. I couldn't imaging having to report a leaking faucet or any repair to this property manager. They like to "blow" ppl off here.
