Kim was extremely helpful and gave great suggestions to improve our home to sell it. After we made the changes, we wished we would have done these changes years ago like removing the curtains to allow the natural light to come into our home. She provided staging items and was always there to assist us. She was amazing to work with to improve our home and it sold on with days of being listed.

Kim transformed my “lived in” Richfield rambler into a home that became easy to love. And sell. With her expertise, it only took two days in a market that was starting to soften (comps had price reductions.) I would have liked to buy many of the items she designed my home with, but perhaps she can use them to stage your house for sale. My loss is your gain. I would recommend St. Marie Spaces to anyone looking to sell their home for asking price.
