McDonald Remodeling completed a garage-with-bathroom project that enabled our son (on the Autism Spectrum) to have a "Man-Cave." Emily Thull was in charge and her thorough, kind, and compassionate approach to managing the project--always including us, the parents in Montana, along with our son--ensured that there were no surprises and that we were all thrilled at the end. Our son has already hosted friends and we know that he will continue to use this space constantly. We highly recommend Emily and the company for their timely and excellent work!

McDonald Remodelers is an amazing company! Our remodeling journey started when we met Nancy. We knew in a minute that she understood our vision for a new home design. In fact, the entire team of designers (Nancy, Amy, and Alisa) used creativity and expertise to create more than we even imagined. When we look at the before and after photos, we see the most beautiful transformation ever. The entire process of the remodel was well executed and completed on time. Every piece of the the project met our expectations and we found the crew talented and considerate of us as the customer. When a challenge occurred, we problem solved it together. It was teamwork at its best. Our project manage, Scott, was knowledgeable and used outstanding follow-through throughout. We would not change a thing. The entire remodel was absolute perfection. For me to say that was a job professionally well done needs to meet a criterion of being well planned, well executed and completed on time. McDonalds Remodeling does that. For those considering construction/remodeling it begins with a knowledgeable designer transferring the spoken word to the project onto paper. Greg led the way on that avenue. Visiting us and measuring up the current bathroom and recording our requests. Kati and Amy then put together the paper version choices with hands on materials to examine and choose from. From there it requires the personnel to get the job done. A Project Manager is assigned to establish a personal relationship with the customer. Chris was our project manager, who did an excellent job in every aspect of our project. Chris was onsite several times and involved with each transition from one craftsperson to the next one. Always open to suggestions on how things were going. McDonalds uses a builders app which allows the homeowner to view work in progress. So, on Monday we could view what was on the schedule for the entire week. Our project was a shower replacement that required traveling through the front door, through the kitchen, the dining area, down the hallway to the last bedroom to locate the shower. Could not have been farther away from the front entry door. All this is worth mentioning because of those who had to get to the bathroom. Demolition crew, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, HVAC, drywall, painters, cabinetry, tile setters, glass people, the cleaners and then some. These were not the same people; this was a collection of those who were dedicated to their craft. On day one, to protect our vinyl, wood and carpet floors, a three-foot wide piece of Masonite was installed as a walkway for everyone to use. The results were no damage to anything. Each one of these craftspersons was extremely knowledgeable of their trade, they were respectful of us and our home, left it as clean as possible by the end of the day, and pleasant to interact with while they were working. We just completed a major kitchen expansion/renovation with MacDonald Remodeling and are thrilled with the results. Not only was the project completed on time and per the detailed schedule provided by the team, the entire process from concept and design to construction and follow-up exceeded expectations. In working with Nancy we received the design expertise and guidance we were looking for, and we found her to be an excellent listener. We also truly appreciated Alyssa's work in curating a spot-on group of options for all the sections needed, making that potentially overwhelming process extremely easy. Scott was a very effective, involved and communicative project manager. We loved his "can-do" and "we'll figure it out" attitude. In addition, the sub-contractors working on our project were top-notch professionals that took pride in doing excellent work. We highly recommend working with MacDonald Remodeling and would use them again for any future projects.

The McDonald Remodeling Team did an incredible job on our first- floor remodel and it was a absolute pleasure to work with them. The project included replacement of windows/patio door, front door, kitchen, staircase, living room, trim and entry. We trusted the Team to stay within our budget, but also knew our selections were premium. From beginning to end Chris and Team were helpful with all details, big and small. There were many selections and design decisions to be made for the project and McDonald Remodeling (Katie) helped up with every little detail. Chris' project management was superior! The communication, schedule of contractors, on-time delivery of the project milestones was clear and exceeded our expectations. The contractors were friendly, considerate, respectful and meticulous at the end of every day. The workmanship was unbelievable, we have received so many compliments on our new space. We are so happy with the completed project and would highly recommend McDonald Remodeling!
