Horrible Customer Service! 2 different tellers just argued with me and then refused to respond when I hit the call button in the drive thru - which is the only means of contact since the lobby is closed due to Covid. After leaving me sitting there - one came on the screen and asked me "what do you want?".... I've banked at TCF for MANY years and will be closing my account after today's episode.

Why not post your updated hours? Can't get through by phone. No message of new hours. Why in the world would you not be open at 9 like usual and do everything in the drive thru? At least post it somewhere besides a very small note on the front door!

Sep 2 2017 - Newly designed digital banking site is awful. Very user-UN-friendly. No instructional video how to use the new site and where to find things. Dec 4 2019 - OMG - who is running the IT department at TCF? The website is down during the business hours. Msg to TCF CEO: Please fire your CIO/CTO. Aug 18 2020: 8:21 am - 404 Error when I try to login.

Iput two $50 bills in the account they stuck in the ATM the tailor saw it the two $50 bills and then deposit it I believe she stole it
