        Moved out of state but stayed with Bank of Elk River. I know I won't find a more painless bank experience anywhere. You can call anytime and talk to a person without a hassle. The staff is astoundingly nice and upbeat. The ladies who work at this Walmart branch are the sweetest!

        I opened my account here as I needed it done on a weekend and the stand alone branch was closed. The lady I worked with was really friendly and helpful - she took a few extra steps to get things done per my needs and I really appreciated that.

      The Bank of Elk River is nearing the end of its lease agreement with Walmart for our branch officelocation and will not reopen. To better meet your needs with this decision, we will be extending our School Street lobby office hours until6:00pm, Monday-Friday once we can safely re-open lobbies. We will also be extending our Customer ServiceDepartment hours from 8:00am to 6:00pm Monday-Friday to answer any questions you may have and assistwith any account needs.
