As first time homebuyers, Tess Lawson and the Legacy Title team went above and beyond to walk us through closing on our first house. The office was very positive and inviting, as well as all of the staff. Going through all of the paperwork was a breeze, and Tess walked us through each document prior to signing. Tess even went the extra mile organizing documents to set our house up as a homestead property, which was great to have that done with on closing day.
