I was very disappointed with the lack of ability to fully communicate fees and processes that were being used. The way I was given information was misleading and I was trying to be sold on convenience when the whole process ended up being the complete opposite of that. I will not go through this title company again.

This is from the Wells Fargo they are having us to use for the title company and they are pretty good they are willing to explain everything for me to understand so I was totally recognized for everyone to use

This is the most unprofessional title company I have ever worked with. I am still trying to figure out what good to go for a closing that never happened means.

Chase was amazing at my closing. We had a pretty big obstacle pop up that could have forced the closing to be re-scheduled. He helped me through it step by step and we were able to overcome it. Thanks again for your help!
