I have had the most amazing experience with Cass for the past couple months! She has helped guide me to amazing products for making my hair happy and healthy, as well as helping select new colors to try out. I'm so pleased with my experience at this location due to her and will always go here because she is awesome at what she does!!

One of the issues are specific to this SB, and one is corporate. Namely, this SB is often or of stock of many items, and numerous items prices are unmarked. Corporately, SB had instituted a policy of requiring patrons to pay for a bag for your purchases. I could just barely understand this if you were only purchasing one item, out there were a minimum dollar amount spent, but this is regardless of criteria. There are bags available to purchase at the store, but to me this seems like very poor customer service and to be really cheap. This look is not beautiful!
