        I was charged for the wrong package that is $252 more than the service I actually receive. I was not provided a receipt or payment plan agreement. They are now refusing to give me a refund.

        I had to reschedule my appointment last minute tonight and the receptionist quickly found me another appointment same day. I missed her name, but she is always is so happy and kind. I appreciate the flexibility and putting me with Taylor. She did a great job and was very friendly!
