Capital City Construction & Remediation

Driving down 494 between Bloomington and Eagan today, Chevy 3500 with Capital City Construction plastered across the side passes everyone going 85+ (up until this point I'm cool with that speed). Then he decides to cross all 4 lanes of traffic without a blinker, box truck and van and myself around him. Common sense says you'd think driving a 7,000 lb truck covered in your company's logos might cause you to follow basic driving regulations but apparently Capital City Construction owns 494 with all the other Karens out there. Who knew?

Capital City stepped in to help us out when their competitor made some poor decisions that caused our claim to be delayed for a water leak in our kitchen and basement. Capital City did an excellent job with the repairs, communicated though the whole process with us and the insurance company and completed the repairs in a very timely manner. Fernando did a great job with the painting.

Mark and his team helped us remodel almost our entire home. From start to finish they helped us achieve our vision and along the way help improve our home even more than we knew how to do. Their work was extremely professional, of excellent quality, and their team couldnt have been more courteous while they were at our house working. They worked with us on every aspect of our timeline as well and achieved an incredible amount of work in a very short time period. We needed a new custom kitchen island replaced and downstairs ceiling repaired after the dishwasher failed spectacularly. The team from Capital City Construction & Remediation handled everything beautifully. Jeremy, the project manager, coordinated every step of the process making sure we understood all our options. Jeremy was very responsive and on top of all the details. Dave, the cabinet maker, built an incredible new kitchen cabinet including custom door and drawer fronts to match the rest of the kitchen. Glen handled the basement ceiling repair and feathered in the work so well that you could not tell that a 4x4 foot hole had been in the ceiling. Fernando did a great job painting the basement ceiling without disturbing the adjacent walls and cabinets. Frank handled the cabinet stain work, going just slightly lighter on the stain to better match the surrounding cherry as it would darken over time. Travis carefully reinstalled the granite kitchen counter top and sink on the island to match the other counter tops. Dan did a great job plumbing everything, and even relocated the reverse osmosis water filtration system to the basement to reduce the risk of any leaks. Tim, the electrician, professionally installed outlets, switches, and power to the new dishwasher and garbage disposal. It was a great team effort with Jeremy organizing everything, even working directly with the insurance adjuster on estimates.
