SERVPRO of Eagan/Apple Valley

Our laundromat recently experienced a dryer fire. I called ServPro the day of the fire. The very next morning , Cliff was at our laundromat mapping out a plan and organizing his team . His cleaning crew worked all weekend cleaning and mitigating the pungent smell of the fire. Whenever I had a question Cliff always answered my calls. I highly recommend this company. They got us up and running in no time.

Roni Adams from the Eagan/Apply Valley Servpro location gave me useful advice and spent a while explaining options even though it became clear early in our encounter that there wasn't going to be any work in my situation for him/Servpro. I had some water damage related to a pipe leak on an upper floor and was uncertain of how big of an issue it was. I talked to a plumber (who fixed the source of the issue) and he recommended a second guy to consider restoration work. THAT guy wanted to rip out two floors and other things beginning that night, which would rather clearly have been insurance fraud in my mind given I had little more than one eight-inch bubble in my ceiling. Roni gave me a balanced view of the issue and its possible relation on mold, appearance, etc despite not even being paid for the free inspection. He also gave advice on what was worth trying to do myself to decrease my bill for a contractor to replace sheet rock in the future. Very helpful and recommended for anyone trying to figure out the scope of a water issue.

Definitely go with another company!!!!!! If I could give them no stars, I would. They charged my dad for services they didn't do, and now theyre suing us because we didnt pay the full amount and they DID NOT send an invoice of the remaining amount that needed to be paid but they were able to cash the check in full. I would RECOMMEND TO NOT USE this company and always have written communication with them, as they only seem to communicate verbally and then the issues become a he said she said allegation. Definitely go with another company!!!!!! I will definitely continue to update as we already have a court date coming up.

I had a pipe burst in my tuck under garage. I was panicking and stressed, but James was a super hero, and his side kick Austin was great too. I dont have stinky wet insulation in my ceiling anymore! Thank you James and Austin!!
