        Convenience of dropoff. The website is cumbersome, it was harder than USPS.

        2.16.24 - stopped by today at 630 pm. Male employee was extremely rude when I came in for Amazon returns. Will not recommend this store and will never return.

        I needed to pick up a package that I didnt get because it needed a signature. I tried using the 1800 number to see if I could pick it up or at least get it delivered a different time of day next time. After going around a while it became clear that I wasnt going to get anywhere on the phone. I tried my luck going in person to the UPS place and the supervisor was very helpful in finding it. He went out of his way and looked in the drivers delivery cars after hours while it was sub-zero and brought back my package, all while smiling. I think his name was Timmy. Ive also had nothing but good experiences with my usual driver, but I dont know his name.
