      image Normally have had a pleasant experience with this location, however it seems to have gone downhill the previous few times Ive visited. Staff seems to lack overall training. I waited over 20 minutes today to be told that they cant process a return with the barcode provided(I have used the same process multiple times at this location). I drove to the location on central entrance and made my return with no problems.
